The location of the hotel was perfect as it was very central to all my business meetings and close to the places I needed to go to. The hotel facilities were very clean and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options.
Everything was spot on.

During my Xmas stay, I appreciated the nice bathroom amenities and the cozy feel of the room. The hotel has a good location situated in an area with several lakes within a 20-minute drive and close to Munich-Garmich and Fussen. One of the best aspects was the delicious breakfast buffet, with a range of meats, cereals, bread, and fruits.
My stay was not as enjoyable as I hoped. One of the worst aspects was that the room did not have air conditioning, and it was quite stuffy during the night.

The room was spacious and the hotel was located in a great area, with easy access to restaurants and shopping. the Christmas decorations were lovely and gave the hotel a festive feel.
The staff was not very helpful when I had trouble with my room key, and there was no 24-hour front desk to assist me. I found it frustrating and inconvenient to be locked out of my room and have to wait until morning to resolve the issue.

The hotel is ideally located, central to city center businesses, with a bus stop nearby and a quick drive to Munich. the rooms were spacious, comfortably furnished and clean with good wifi. the breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices. the restaurant's food and drinks were all very good, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
The shower seemed a bit cramped and some of the furniture could have been positioned better.
